Notes from Architects:
- There is a piece inside the land that belongs to someone else
- It could be ok for habitation with a maximum expansion of 50% of the current size to a max of 250 square meters.
- But for touristic projects it would be blocked because it is not greater than 5ha according to Almodovar PDM.
- a big part of the property is designated forest, and requires a 50m space from the edge of the forest. So the expansion possibilities are only close together with the existing ruin.
Notes:
We have been told that this property already has electricity and water access via a borehole. It will need a septic tank.
We have enquired about an access road and have been informed that the adjacent property will remove their fence and clear a path to allow a right of way.
ANSWER: The smaller size is accurate.
QQ: The house is advertised as being 175 square meters, I need to ask for the official documentation stating that this is the approved size of the ruin.
