  1. There is a piece inside the land that belongs to someone else
  2. It could be ok for habitation with a maximum expansion of 50% of the current size to a max of 250 square meters.
  3. But for touristic projects it would be blocked because it is not greater than 5ha according to Almodovar PDM.
  4. a big part of the property is designated forest, and requires a 50m space from the edge of the forest. So the expansion possibilities are only close together with the existing ruin.

Notes:

We have been told that this property already has electricity and water access via a borehole. It will need a septic tank.

We have enquired about an access road and have been informed that the adjacent property will remove their fence and clear a path to allow a right of way.

QQ: We need to ask about the size of the property. It is advertised as 40,610 square meters, but according to the official Cadastre, the property is only 31,281 square meters?
ANSWER: The smaller size is accurate.
