RUIN, POND, CORK OAK FOREST

Didn’t end up looking at this one as the realtor described it as being surrounded by road with the ruin directly at the roadside. So taking it out.

Note we did look at a number of other properties with them.

• One small property of 4ha for €25K without a Ruin. It was really nice, but we found out that this would restrict us to building a 3 star hotel.
• Two neighbouring properties of 7ha and 11ha, neither were really interesting. They just didn’t speak to us.
