Big property made up of two plots sold together.

property extends down to the dam and has some beautiful views

has to ruins, need to understand if both are registered or not, but both seem to be in sufficiently good condition to have “volume” for purposes of rebuilding.

Need to understand road right of ways and restrictions of nature reserves etc.

Have asked VisionArte to review the property for us.
