Notes on April 5:

Looking at the specific details of the Cadastral Map from DG Territorio, it looks like the ruin in the north east corner of the land is actually outside of the land border.

Then Looking at the borders according to the Odemira PDM, the old Mill falls outside of the land boundary.

So need some clarity on the precise boundaries before this one can be further considered.
