Update 11 March 2025:
We have reached an agreement on the price with the sellers of €66,500
Agent and our lawyer are in contact to review the official documents of the property to ensure what is being offered is indeed what we’re buying.
Depending on financing, we may go straight to final deed with the notary in April.
Awaiting confirmation from the lawyer before paying the deposit to the agent.
Notes from Visit on 3 Nov 2024:
sits somewhat wrapped by a much larger property from same realtor
feels nice and cozy, hills provide feeling of privacy, need to better understand the hills and slopes of the rest of the property that we didn’t get to. Only able to see the top part of the property.
Road to get there was quite bumpy and goes through the neighbouring large property and , maybe, through another property where they have loud dogs. Also road going through this property.
Need to understand rights of way.
