This is a huge property of 30 ha.

next door to loud dogs

Didn’t really get a good look at whole property, but the first part was not very attractive,

Had lots of ruins so potential for further expansion

We had to go through it on our way to another property of theirs on a different day. The second time around, because we went deeper into the land, the property seemed more interesting and private once you get further in.

Need to also understand rights of way relative to other lands around it as there are a number of roads or paths running through it.
