Description
After making the Organic Sparkling Ginger Lemonade, you’ll be left with lemon zest and sliced ginger pulp. Rather than throwing that away, turn it into tea cubes that you can freeze and keep for your next tea.
Ingredients
- All the leftover zest and ginger
- Splash of water
Instructions:
- Throw it all in a blender and blitz
- Press into ice cube tray and freeze
To serve, drop a cube into hot water for instant tea
